§ 1 Revocation instruction, right to withdraw
You may withdraw your order within 14 days without specification of reasons in text form (z. B. letter, fax, e-mail) or if you get the items
earlier than before expiration - through return of the items revoked. The time period starts by receiving this instruction, but not before
getting the items (on repeating delivery of equivalent items not before receiving the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment
of our information responsabilities according to § 312c section 2 BGB together with § 1 section 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV as well as our duties in
accordance with § 312e section 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with § 3 BGB InfoV.
To be within the revocation time it is sufficient to send timely the revocation or the items.

§ 2 Revocation consequences
In the case of an effective revocation, there has to grant back the received achievements on both sides and if necessary pulled utilizations
(e.g. interests). If you can not grant us back entirely, partially not at all, the received achievement or only in deteriorated
condition, you have to perform value replacement to us so far where appropriate. In the practice exemption of things, this is not true if
the deterioration of the thing results exclusively to its test - like a test that would be possible in our local store. In the remaining,
you can avoid the duty of the value replacement for a deterioration emerged by the due initial operation of the thing in that you do not take
the good like its property in use and omit everything, that impairs its value. Package delivery capable things are to return on our danger.
Within Germany you have to carry the costs of the return if the delivered items correspond to the ordered ones and if the price of the good
to be returned does not exceed a sum of 40,- Euro or you did not yet pay the items at the time of the revocation. Otherwise the return is free
of cost for you. Things not shippable by parcel will be picked up with you.
Outside of Germany you have to carry the costs of return to us.
Obligations to the reimbursement of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The time period begins for you with the sending of the
revocation or the thing, for us with its reception.
§ 3 Special references
The right to withdraw does not exist in export sales contracts
1st to the delivery of Audio- or Video records or of software as far as the delivered data carriers are unseald by the customer or
2nd to the delivery of newspapers, periodicals and illustrated magazine, unless your ordered by telephone.
