Shipping charges

Shipping charges within Germany

  • In delivery within Germany, we calculate a fixed rate delivery charge of EUR 4.95 per order as far as the order value is below EUR 100 .
  • For Starter Sets we calculate a fixed rate delivery charge of EUR 10.00 per package.
  • For single rails with a length of more than 60 cm and in other bulky or heavy articles (like display case, etc.) or on Specialities to the delivery we calculate the real shipping charges (postage + packaging to our costs)
  • C.O.D. within Germany adds banking charges of the German Post (at the moment EUR 4,15 + EUR 2,00).

Shipping charges outside of Germany

  • On delivery to EU-Countries the prices contain the German VAT of actual 19%.
  • On delivery to NON-EU-Countries the prices do not contain the German VAT. You are responsible for duties and any taxes by Customs in your country

  • On delivery to countries outside of Germany the base price is reduced by 6 EUR for deliveries of more than 300 EUR.
  • The delivery in countries within the EU is done as World Parcel Premium. The delivery type World Parcel Standard is not offered by DHL within the EU.
